Repair 修理事例
· It had the main spring broken and the barrel and central pinion teeth damaged.
· 人気の高い45グランドセイコーの修理です。ゼンマイが切れた衝撃で香箱と中央カナの歯が損傷していました。
歯車のカナも摩耗しており交換しました。45ムーブメントによくある故障です。
· It's been less than a year since the overhaul.
It was the first time I saw the repair date written on the gear.
The previous repairer did not properly disassemble the JEWEL and main spring.
There was no oil in JEWEL and old oil stains remained. It must be disassembled, cleaned, epiramized and then lubricated.
· 歯車に修理年月が書かれていました。
前回のオーバーホールから1年経っていません。
前の修理者は穴石とゼンマイを分解して洗浄しなかったので石には油がなく、古い油の汚れが残っていました。
穴石は分解洗浄し、エピラム処理をしてから注油しないと油が適切な場所で留まりません。
油がないまま長年使用するとムーブメントの状態は悪くなります。
· Parts for the 45 movement are out of stock at the manufacturer and are difficult to obtain by regular repairers.
Poor maintenance may cause a malfunction, so it is recommended that you ask a professional repair company for maintenance once every few years.
· 45ムーブメントの部品はメーカーに在庫はなく、通常の修理業者では入手は困難となりました。
メンテナンスが悪いと故障の原因となる場合がありますので、数年に一回のメンテナンスは専門の修理業者に依頼されることをおすすめします。
