【保証について】
☑付与されている保証は精度保証ではなく動作保証となります。
ご購入頂いた商品（ヴィンテージ・ウォッチ）に動作保証をお付け致します。
正しくご使用されている中で起こった自然故障を無料で修理対応致します。
（到着後すぐの初期不良は着払いでご返送ください）

☑保証出来ない事
防水性能に関する保証は一切出来ません。
消耗部品の交換 外見の風防、ガラス、リューズ、バネ棒、内部の巻き芯折れ、ゼンマイ切れ、天芯折れの交換。
疵や経年変化 販売時からあるケースやブレスの使用疵や痩せとダイヤル、針、ベゼル等の日焼けや染み疵等の経年変化。
クロノグラフ針等の微細なズレ。
天災、火災、人災が原因による故障、破損、盗難。
当店以外で裏蓋を開けた修理等を施した場合。

☑保証期間内でも有償になる場合
お客様による不注意で良く起こりえる事例 落下、衝突（ぶつけ）、水入り（結露を含む）、リューズの誤操作、カレンダー操作、クロノ機能の破損、磁気帯び等の故障 。
ゼンマイ切れ、巻芯折れ、天芯折れなどムーブメント内の部品破損。
浸水（風防内結露も含む）。


【精度誤差ついて】
☑ヴィンテージ機械式時計は年式、スペック、これまで使用の状態、頻度、環境、整備内容等様々な条件で個々に状態は異なります。 よってクオーツ時計のような精度をお求めの方にはお勧めする事はできません。

☑精度はテスター値で±30秒/日以内に調整しています。
※使用状況等により多少の誤差がでることがあり±30秒/日以内を保証するものではありません。
年式や使用感相応に不具合なく一般的に通常粋に動作していると言える物のご紹介に努めます。
通常粋とは目安として1930～40中期で3分内、1940中期～50で2分内、1960～70で1分内。
（ご購入頂きました時計のメンテナンスや制度調整等は誠意もってご対応に努めますのでご遠慮なくお申し付け下さい。）
また著しく精度や姿勢誤差があるものは記載し（修理、保証の不可避等明記のうえ）ご紹介させて頂きます。


【送料・配送について】
☑メンテナンス済みの時計はヤマト宅急便にて発送いたします。（追跡有り・補償有り）

☑(税込)10万円未満の商品には、代金＋送料となります。
合計金額が10万円以上の場合は送料無料です。

☑お支払いから発送まで2日～1週間程度お時間を頂いております。（初期メンテナンス済みの場合）
ただし、初期メンテナンスがまだの商品は一週間以上頂く可能性もございますことをご了承下さい。

☑当店はペーパーレスの為、納品書を同封しておりません。ご希望のお客様はご注文時に備考欄でその旨をお知らせください。


【ご注文について】

【お取り扱い注意点】
☑繊細な商品が多い為、お取り扱いにはご注意ください。

☑機械式時計は衝撃に弱く又、水にも弱いです。
激しく手を振る行為や運動又、水仕事や雨などのときは腕時計を外してください。（ゴルフをするときは外してください。手を洗うときなど濡れないようにご注意ください）

☑カレンダーの早送りをする際、その時計の針の位置がPM9時からAM4時の間での調整は故障しますのでおやめください。

⚠商品により発生した事故、金属アレルギーの事故等は、こちらでは責任を負いかねますので予めご了承願います。

【返品について】
☑機械式時計の特性上どうしても部品や中身のすり替え等が可能ですので、お客様都合による返品・交換は一切お受けできませんので、予めご了承下さい。

初期不良・弊社手違い等合った場合は、商品到着後7日以内にお問合せフォームよりご連絡を頂いた上で返品を受付けます。
※事前にご連絡がなく着払いや代金引換で返品された場合はやむを得ず受け取り拒否をさせて頂く場合もございます。 返品理由をお知らせ後、着払いでご返品下さい。

返品に関しましては、以下【返品の条件】をご確認下さい。

【返品の条件】
以下の場合のみ返品をお受け致します。
・到着後すぐの初期不良の場合
・注文した商品と異なる品が届いた場合


その他、以下のような商品の返品についてはお受けできません。
・到着後8日以上経過した商品
・お客様の過失により破損した商品
・開封済み・使用されてたいた場合

返金手続きについては、商品返品後7日前後となります。
返金の際には指定頂いた口座への振込となりますので、手数料については、当社負担となります。

料金に関しましては当ショップの修理専用の料金から10パーセント引きになります。（部品代金は別途）
状態によっては修理をお受け出来ない可能性もございます。

[Warranty]
☑ The guarantee given is not an accuracy guarantee but an operation guarantee.
We will guarantee the operation of the purchased product (vintage watch).
We will repair the natural failure that occurred while using it correctly for free.
(Please return the initial defect immediately after arrival by cash on delivery)

☑ Things that cannot be guaranteed
We cannot guarantee the waterproof performance.
Replacement of consumable parts Replacement of the appearance windshield, glass, crown, spring bar, internal winding core breakage, mainspring breakage, and top core breakage.
Defects and changes over time Use of cases and breaths from the time of sale Defects and thinness and changes over time such as sunburn and stains on dials, needles, bezels, etc.
Fine misalignment of chronograph hands, etc.
Breakdown, damage or theft caused by natural disasters, fires or man-made disasters.
When repairs etc. with the back cover opened are performed outside our shop.

☑ If you are charged even within the warranty period
Cases that can occur frequently due to carelessness by the customer Dropping, collision (hit), water entry (including dew condensation), incorrect crown operation, calendar operation, damage to the chrono function, malfunction of magnetic tinge, etc.
Damaged parts inside the movement such as broken spring, broken winding core, and broken top core.
Inundation (including dew condensation inside the windshield).


[Accuracy error]
☑ Vintage mechanical watches vary in condition depending on various conditions such as model year, specifications, condition of use, frequency, environment, maintenance contents, etc. Therefore, it is not recommended for those who want the precision of quartz watches.

☑ The accuracy is adjusted within ± 30 seconds / day by the tester value.
* Some errors may occur depending on usage conditions, etc., and we do not guarantee within ± 30 seconds / day.


[Handling precautions]
☑ Please handle with care as there are many delicate products.

☑ Mechanical watches are vulnerable to shocks and water.
Remove your watch when waving your hands violently, exercising, working in the water, or when it rains. (Remove when playing golf. Be careful not to get wet when washing your hands.)

☑ When fast-forwarding the calendar, do not adjust the position of the hands of the clock between 9:00 PM and 4:00 AM as it will break down.

⚠ Please note that we are not responsible for accidents caused by products, metal allergy accidents, etc.


[Return]
☑ Please note that due to the characteristics of mechanical watches, parts and contents can be replaced, so we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to customer's convenience.


[Return conditions]
We will only accept returns in the following cases.
・ In case of initial failure immediately after arrival
・ When an item different from the ordered item arrives

In addition, we cannot accept returns of the following products.
・ Items that have been delivered for more than 8 days
・ Products damaged due to customer's negligence
・ If it has been opened or used

The refund procedure will be about 7 days after the product is returned.
When refunding, the transfer will be made to the designated account, so we will bear the handling fee.

* Return conditions cannot be changed after purchase, so please check carefully before purchasing.


[After-sales service / repair]
☑ Our shop provides after-sales service so that you can use it for a long time.
Please choose with confidence.
We recommend disassembling and cleaning once every 3 to 4 years so that you can use it for a long time.
